The General Terms and Conditions and Promotional Terms and Conditions apply to Djugo. The Djugo games are offered via online landing pages. You can decide to join a Djugo game anytime you want. You can do so by entering your mobile phone number on the landing page. We will than send a free text message with a unique pin code to that mobile number. This code needs to be entered on the webpage to confirm the mobile number. When the corresponding pin code is entered on the page you will agree to the general and promotional terms and conditions.

Djugo offers both mobile and online games. The participation costs can differ per game. However, in general the costs for an online game will be £6 per game. The number of games played will be decided by the player. After an online game has finished the player can start a new game. If the player decides to do this we will send a message with a unique code to unlock a new game. The costs for a mobile game depends on the number of answers given by the player. Each answer (MO) is charged £1.50 as well as each question (MT). To end a mobile game you just stop sending in more messages.

Please note that for all messages sent the standard text tariff may apply. These tariffs can differ per operator. Please contact your operator for more information on the charges imposed by them. O2 and Orange customers can only spend the maximum amount of £ 30.00 a day. This spending cap applies for one day, so the next day these customers are eligible to play again. The maximum amount you can spend on our Djugo service is £ 99.00.
